The United Council for Universal Planets (UCUP) - Referred to on some worlds as "Universal Council for United Planets" but loosely referred to as the United Council. The Council has been chaired most famously by Srzrn Zgarnet of Mars, Tyka Metre-Ohm of Crystallus and Damneaus of Hulganot.
Earth - Member planet since 1999. In 2247, the planet is ruled by a corporation rather than a government and operated by a chairman. The first form of which was the political organization known as GovernEarth. Because Earth is the planetary home of the focal point, it is reverred in some parts of the known universe. Most planetary systems in the universe do not hold the Earth in high regard seeing them as "catching up" to the rest of the members of the United Council.
FutureEarth - Most famous for its man made orbiting moon, UCUP City which holds the headquarters for the United Council. FutureEarth has always been governed by a corporation and a chairman. The corporation is currently chaired by Antonio Cafiraghi, brother of Interplanetary News Network and Interplanetary Wrestling Network Founder Stefano Cafiraghi, one of the richest persons in the universe.
Crystallus - Overgrown (about 8 feet tall) hugely muscular creatures populate the planet. The planet had an oppressive dictatorial society operated by several rulers and controlled under the authority of the Enslaver, founder of the Gladiator's Wrestling Federation until the dictatorial society was overthrown by legendary wrestler Thalidd Ohm in the Miner's Rebellion. Emperor Thalidd Ohm and his on-again, off-again bride Princess Tyka Metre-Ohm have ruled the planet for nearly 2 centuries in a benevolent and hugely popular reign. Thalidd Ohm, once known as the Milkman in the WCU helped fund and create the Crystallite All-Star Wrestling Federation (a pround member of the Wrestling Interplanetary Council). Thalidd Ohm has been their legendary champion on and off again every since. Immensely popular around the universe, Thalidd Ohm has had on-going hostilities with neighboring planets Mars and Dystruc. The fued is centuries old and dates back to the old DominoDuzt trade. Crystallus is the home of the Dr. Davek Lizck Institute, one of the most reknowned scientific research facilities in the known universe currently operating under the authority of Dr. Stycer Meryl of Crystallus and his bride, Dr. Amanda Trelon-Meryl of Earth. Dr. Lizck is probably most famous for two things, Crystallite Transfer which allows children to grow to adult size at a very rapid rate and allows humans to have the strength of a Crstyallite but has also lead to Crystallite Transfer Disease which has led to deformities including gender reassignment or animalistic features.
Mars - Up until late 2246, Mars was a benevolent government ruled by an elected prime minister and picture of democratic culture particularly under Srzrn Zgarnet. In 2246, though an alliance with the Assembly (Gods of Biouniverse Gamma), Mars has become an Empire under Caesar of Mars I, former Martian Prime Minister Carleton Devereaux and has assumed its place as center of Universal Culture under the Martian Empire. Mars is the home of the Srzrn Zgarnet Institute, one of the Universes' most reknown scientific research facilities and a collection center for the Alternate Energy Program. Mars is also famously the home of the Uncensored Strip, a group of Earth Style clubs owned by the WCU athletes or their management companies and home to some of the most vicious matches in WCU history. In recent history, the Uncensored Strip is also the home of Hard Vision, among the only places in the universe where fans can see WCU matches at the Alternate Universe in Hard Vision (a realistic, including structure and texture recreation of the WCU at the Alternate).
The CsAlitdonian Empire - A group of planets that actually engaged the United Council in war under the authority of Empress Clementine and was brought under the authority of United Council by then United Council Security Chief General Mordyal Sedd. General Sedd would eventually return as governor of the territory and helped raise current Empress Ravena who also attacked the United Council in the formation of the first United Empire only to lose to the United Council. The CsAlitdonian Empire encompasses most of the Tumorian System and through marriage controls the Terrenok System. Clementine of Txxyouy of Terrenok wed to form the CsAlitdonian Empire. Ravena and Txxyouy II has also wed to keep the system intact.
Saturn - Up until 2246 fell under the authority of mechana culture chaired by a ruler known as Eleven. Saturn is currently the base of operations for the Assembly, Gods of Biouniverse Gamma who use the name of the gods of ancient Greece and have acted in conjunction with Caesar of Mars I. Because of fears, the mechana culture contain remnants of the Cybernariot, the entire civilization was wiped out.
The Intenz Galaxy - The planetary system next to Hulganot and once home to the infamous HulganEarths and ruled by a rag tag military dictatorship under the authority of Cha Lanna Planetta, son of Planetary Citizen Thi Hakka Planetta. The Intenz Galaxy also once invaded the United Council and was briefly an occupied United Council territory under the authority of Governess Peace Devereaux. The Intenz Galaxy was destroyed by the Assembly in 2246.
The Infinitian System - The often secretive planets of the Infinitian System also invaded the United Council only to be defeated. Much like his brother Cha Lanna Planetta, Trav Una Planetta and a rag tag bunch of mercenaries controlled the Infinitian System under the Assembly arrived and destroyed the system in the creation of the Martian Empire.
Jupiter (J-Earth) - Jupiter had been relatively uninhabited throughout history until it become necessary to rescue another Earth from an Alternate Time Line. As a result and to create less confusion, an entire culture was moved to Jupiter in the formation of J-Earth. Jupiter, like the othe Earth planets is operated as a giant corporation with a CEO. The current chairperson is Moquassa Tohomel of Crystallus and is charge of the administration of one of the most populated and largest cultures in the universe.
Pluto - Pluto is a benevolent child led royalty under the current authority of Child Prince Jaron Devereaux. Pluto has adopted the rule, "Out of the mouths of babes" and is ruled by a child until his or her 14th birthday. The child is guided by a magistrate from the powerful houses of Pluto including the House of Xltonia and House of Love under patriarch Darianus Love. Pluto is also the home base of the Cryomage Guild, a powerful group of ice based magic users and its elite guard, the Plutonian Protectors. Pluto is also home base for the Cryomage Guild parent organization, the Magic Mage Guild under the authority of the Great Dragon Lucretius, a living breathing dragon well respected throughout the universe and member of the Void Council. Lucretius can assume a size large enough to literally protect the entire planet of Pluto. Pluto is a very high chivalrous culture with strict rules of culture and its wrestling federation, the Royal Wrestling Court (RWC) is among the most honorable and cleanest in the universe. The RWC once held the WCU as a member federation and maintains a strong wrestling history including such legendary wrestlers as Darianus Love, his son Rikarus and grandson Derecian as well as acting as a training ground for many wrestlers.
Venus - Venus is a neutral world and is protected by a strong magical protection. No weapons of war or destruction will enter the planet. It is a place of vacation and celebration and is controlled by United Council Governess Princess Ohm of FutureEarth. Venus is also known for euthanasia and is seen as a place for peaceful transition.
Mercury - As part of the transition from Demi-God to God in the Void Council, a demi-god must take an existing species and make it the progenetor of the dominant species on a planet in the universe and create a culture that will worship the demi-god as a god. Mercury is the Duke Mannon Project where the common red ant is the progenetor of the dominant species, the so-called Mann-ants. Under the authority of General Martin Mannon, the Mann-ants have developed a high culture worshipping the devil himself. The Mann-ants agressive tendencies have always been kept in check by their strong need to maintain the Alternate Energy Program to power the protective grid that keeps them from being fried alive on Mercury.
The Trelon System - The tribal cultures of the Trelon System, on the edge of Tumorian Space are ruled by a tribal council chief known as L'yun and have many animalistic based tribes whose progenetor of the dominant species can be found in the Earth's wilds. The Trelon System also contains the very powerful Phalterite homeworld and its immensely powerful non-aligned fleet.
The Ravenites - Once part of the Trelon Tribal Council, the powerful Ravenites have separated to form their own government. The Ravenites have also joined the United Council and are currently ruled by Flock Leader Owel Eagl.
Dystruc - Perhaps most famous for the way it names its cities, Dystruc also names the cities planet first and then city second. Its capital Dystruc, Zwnne (pronounced Destruct - Tion) is one of the most famous cities in the universe. Dystruc is the home of a high druid culture under the current authority of Lord Xenon and his advisor, the ageless Oracle of Dystruc. Dystruc is the worship center for Dominus, the Void God of Domination and has also served as a religious center for Genocide, the Void God of Death. Dystruc is famous for its wrestling federation, the Dystruc Wrestling Federation (DWF) and most particularly for its legendary champion, Tkicz Tcy Tkicz of Phalter known throughout the universe as Violence, the 9 foot tall lizard is a WIC legend and the most decorated WHERE GODS CLASH wrestler ever. The DWF is also known the world over for Death Row, a powerful faction headed by Death Penalty William Warnock, his Ocean Blue Partner Vincent Vengeance and Angel Beltana. Death Row has been a challenger for Violence throughout DWF history.
The Ventelan System - The Ventelan System really has no formal government but is an occupied territory of the Pirates, a horrible mercenary group under the authority of Jacket of FutureEarth. Jacket, a relative of Desorat Founder Jewel of FutureEarth and her rag tag bunch of mercenaries occupy the territory and take tribute from ships that enter. The territory is often toured by the Tumorian Wrestling Federation and has been home to some of the ugliest bar type uncensored matches in the universe.
Kingdom - The Amazonian Planet protected by a magical spell which limits its culture to that of Arthurian England and below. No weapons beyond the era are permitted or will enter the planets protective barrier. Kingdom is a matriarchal amazonian culture that for many decades was the home of the Gladiator's Wrestling Federation (GWF) until it was renamed Her Majesty's Wrestling Federation (HMWF). The HMWF actively pursues the best female wrestlers in the universe and past champions include The Kitten Zabrina Warnock, Slice Giorgianna Salanas and others.
Beta-Camelot - The planetoid that orbits Kingdom and is protected by the same spell. The tiny planetoid contains only two territories, Beta-Camelot, the Arthurian Home of Iceman Darren Warnock and Pendragon, the Castle of Lord Pendragon, a lionoid of the Trelon System and his children, Tyger Pendragon and Othello Pendragon. The territories are in a constant state of war but their kings are rarely present.
The Orion System - The Orion System, sometimes referred to as the Orion Syndicate has been referred to in other science fiction genres but is charactorized mostly by its parellel growth to the United Council. Once the Orion System could no longer achieve its energy needs, it attempted war with the United Council. When this failed, the Orion System negotiated a shared energy system loosely known as the Orion Zoo. This also failed and resulted in the Jaa Syndicate once again invading the United Council. A further failure resulted in the System finally capitulating and joining the United Council. The Orion Wrestling Network (OWN) was a large part of the WCU for a while in a joint effort to provide both systems with energy.
The Metralaxian System - As with Mercury, this is the Cybernariot Void God Project, the creation of the junk culture of the Metralaxians. The Metralaxians are basically the accumulated robot culture of space junk under the authority of Cybernariot disciple Omniperfect. The culture had been largely ineffectual and was destroyed by the Assembly in 2247 to prevent the infection of the Cybernariot in a rise against the Biouniverse Gamma Gods invasion and the rise of the Martian Empire.
The Oort Cloud - A massive group of asteriods around the Plutonian Orbit which as a result of a problem with Alternate Universe Transfer contains asteroids containing every city and every culture in the entire planetary history of the universe. The cities and states are like Chicago 1920s or London 1914 and cursed to relive that time for all eternity. Though horrible for the inhabitants, (very few them actually know that they begin each year annew), the Oort Cloud has become a popular tourist site for humans and aliens alike.
